My dear Sudokuland friends. I am sorry to begin this day on such a sad note. Most of you regulars will know my beloved Schultz. A few hours ago, on 27 January 2009, Schultz died in my arms. He was 14 years and 3 months old.

Schultz was an abandoned puppy who came into our lives on More...

Yes, it was roughly. All three January Tough photos were taken in about August. When I feel I can I will post some photos of him on his last holiday two weeks ago, looking very happy.

Good Maen to everyone.

Kate - I am very sorry to hear about your Beloved Schultz. I have enjoyed seeing his picture from time to time. You are in my prayers, also.

Benny - Welcome back!

This is a very nice picture today.

Yesterday's page 3 has cameo appearances by GMo and Wagdy for all those who are interested. Both are well.

"They" were teasing us with an above freezing day for Thursday. But they have now recinded their offer. The new forcast promises 3 - 5 inches overnight tonight with another 1 - 3 the following morning. We still have about 10 compacted inches on the ground. Many, many layers today Karen!

I am about to push the hands of time on my Mrs. Weasley clock to read: 3 at school, 1 at work, and me running errands. I was hoping to see 22 today.

But apparently if I want it, I'll have to cp for it.

Jill: Shiela and Debbie are probably frozen. It's -12 this morning. Yesterday it was around -18, so that's about what they have today. COLD!

Kate, so terribly sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved pet.

Glad to see Mo and Wagdy yesterday.

It is very chilly here. We don't have -18, but it is about 3 (F). BRRRRRRRR. We have snow on the way, but we aren't expecting more than a couple of inches. They are expecting more snow East and South of us. (Detroit) Is it Spring yet?

Kate, So sorry to hear about Schultz. I still think about my Minnie, who died 5 years ago, and whilst the memories are tinged with the sadness of the loss they are also memories that brighten my day.

C-c-cold! We are at 9 F (-12 C)
We are expecting 2" to 4" of snow this evening.
Debby, it's way TOO EARLY to be saying "Spring"!

Obviously I am on the wrong side of the lake. Debby and Shiela are above zero this morning I can't even remember the last time we had a morning where we waited outside for the bus. Winter is my favorite season, but this bitter cold needs to end soon!

But, Shiela, I am ready for Spring!

HI all! Well done to shosho, jamie and rena for yesterday's puzzle! I won't give out the answer just yet as certain people who should have solved this easily appear to have been on summer holidays too long and gave me - shock horror - wrong answers!!!!! Get out of the sun and cool those brains down!
