everyone! Had a huge storm roar through last night For once, we didn't lose electricity . Doesn't surprise me, we invested in a generator ($$$$). Now we'll probably never get to use it

Kathy - we bought a generator, too, after they warned of a bad hurricane season last summer. Like you, we never got to use it. But that is OKAY with me. If we never have to use it, it will be the best insurance we ever bought!! Hurricane season starts again on
June 1 & runs until Dec. 1.

Hmm. looks like the smile was for Hurricane season. It was meant to be with not having to use the generator again this year - we hope!

Kathy, we have the generator sitting covered on the deck. Every so often we start it up, then drain it and refill. I agree with you, if we never have to use it, that's fine. Like having the peace of mind, though. REALLY got tired of throwing out food from the freezer and refrigerator

A traffic Policeman recently stopped a woman for exceeding the posted speed limit. He asked the driver her name.

She said, 'I'm Mrs. Chadivaler Zuminskagia Ragretumunga from the Republic of Uzbetikan visiting my daughter in Columbia.'

So far I have had no desire to get into posting any You-tubes on my page, but today I have seen one I'd like to share. Can someone please tell me what the EMBED code is & how to find it? Apparently, it's not the whole http address since that didn't work. I'd appreciate some help on this.

Mine is not a tribute to the fallen for everyone remembers them. No mine is a tribute and compassion for the mothers and fathers who've cried every night because their sons were among the fallen, for the widows who are overwhelmed by the sudden prospect of being a single parent, and for the children who will never see their beloved parent again in their young lives when they need them the most.

And I don't want to forget those who live in fear of losing their children, spouses, and parents, those who wake up crying, 'oh no please not this time!' from a nightmare. Let's remember them as well. Let's remember those who put themselves on the line and pray they come home safe and sound. Remind those coming home to accept the week of psychological help to overcome the scar of battle.
