Lots of talk on here last evening about the total lunar eclipse. It was too overcast here, which bummed me out.

Joyce - I was sorry to hear it was overcast up in your area as well. My nephew and his fiance were in Rochester for a wedding this weekend. He was really looking for to the eclipse.

Awww, I am so sorry for those of you who, for one reason or another, missed seeing the eclipse. Most of us, sad to say, will not live to see another one like that. ''A rare phenomenon, there have only been five supermoon total eclipses since 1900 (in 1910, 1928, 1946, 1964 and 1982). A supermoon More...

Well, forgot to check on the red moon last night BUT early this morning when I went for a run, I did get to see the supermoon! Magnificent in the dim early twilight of the dawn!

Happy Monday!
So happy that Shosho's hubby is done with the radiation therapy. I lost 20 lbs after 6 weeks of radiation, but I wouldn't recommend that as a weight-loss regimen

Good afternoon to all! Regina is in the middle of the Prairies. I wonder where they get their fresh fish from?

Greg, this is Regina Beach, which I researched & found it is on Last Mountain Lake - the largest naturally occurring body of water in southern Saskatchewan. But the fish is still most likely 'frozen'!

Dottie, Your nephew may have seen the eclipse ... a good 20 miles west of us the sky possibly was clear. We live quite near Lake Ontario & are subjected to those clouds that hover over the lake near the shoreline. The sky was nearly cloudless by the time the moon was emerging for its Finale!

Some of the best fish and chips I've had came from Alice Springs. Apparently regularly flown in from Darwin. No doubt it was frozen.

This is for Hal.....

A man and a woman were sitting beside each other in the first class section of the plane. The woman sneezed, took out a tissue, gently wiped her nose and then shuddered quite violently for 10 or 15 seconds.

The man went back to his reading.
