3:14 Good Maen! We have been enjoying unusually warm temperatures for late November. That will all change in the next hour as a mass of icy air is headed this way. We have been in the mid 60's for the last several days, but temperatures are dropping into the 30's and 20's with high winds as type this. b-r-r-r-r
