POOZLE. Here we go with a fore and aft poozle. I managed 24/26 this time. Your task is to take a row of letters from column D and place it between a pair of letters in columns A and B to make a word used in the English language which is similar in meaning to the word or words in column C. The More... 04/Feb/17 12:01 AM |  |

 On a happier note....I get to do a WP (Wombat Puzzle)! 04/Feb/17 2:12 AM |  |
When I went to get the photo taken for the passport renewal, I had the photographer laughing. It seems the new rule is no glasses. So, I removed mine. She asked that I look at the camera....I told her I would if I could see it. Helpful hubby offered to stand behind her and wave his arms. In the finished product I look like a mole seeing sun for the first time. Lovely. 04/Feb/17 2:21 AM |  |
.....and press secretary, Sean Spicer has yet to learn the names/pronunciation of all the gov't heads his boss has denigrated.... Alternative facts are leading to alternative names! 04/Feb/17 3:31 AM |  |
...A BIG good morning to all, and... yay, a Wombat puzzle! 04/Feb/17 3:33 AM |  |
Kathy - My passport photo woes? I have a 'lazy' eye that is usually not evident with my glasses on, so my new passport has a slightly crossed eye! I look like a mole seeing sun for the first time - with a crossed eye!!! 04/Feb/17 4:19 AM |  |
 Add my apologies to Kathy's. 04/Feb/17 4:21 AM |  |
Cold today, but with beautiful sunshine! 04/Feb/17 4:29 AM |  |
+1 on apologies.50 years ago the ship I served on made a 5 day port-of-call to Sydney. Us US Navy guys were treated with more respect and heartily welcomed than any place else on earth. I'd hate to think of how much damage one man may have done in one ill conceived encounter.I also question whether politics really belongs here but there it is. 04/Feb/17 4:38 AM |  |
 everyone!!! 04/Feb/17 4:41 AM |  |
...and I do understand part of the reason for that welcome has it roots dating back to 1942. 04/Feb/17 4:41 AM |  |
Woke up early to go for a run but it was raining! Oh well, we needed the wet stuff! I'll run tomorrow. Today I'll have fun with kids who have been indoor all day! They're going to be a lively bunch! 04/Feb/17 4:42 AM |  |
Back at the right time. 04/Feb/17 4:53 AM |  |
Going to run for it. 04/Feb/17 4:53 AM |  |
 Joiners? 04/Feb/17 4:53 AM |  |
 Gallump. 04/Feb/17 4:53 AM |  |
 04/Feb/17 4:54 AM |  |
 Guess not. 04/Feb/17 4:54 AM |  |
Whew! Thanks, Keith! I didn't feel up to racing today! 04/Feb/17 5:01 AM |  |
Shiela, I have a lazy eye too! It also ''wanders'' without my glasses. If we ever meet, we'll have to compare passport photos! 04/Feb/17 5:06 AM |  |
Over a glass of wine to drown out the 'vision'! 04/Feb/17 5:08 AM |  |
 Joyce's first limerick: That formula is a mystery,limericks about it? a travesty!-ridiculous for sure,entrants cause a furor,but it's a puzzle, so worth the misery!!! 04/Feb/17 5:11 AM |  |
Due to my lazy eye, I have no depth perception. A strange thing for an artist who constantly strives to show depth in my paintings! 04/Feb/17 5:11 AM |  |
After New World Order, a puppy was nice to see. But as a Bowling Green Massacre survivor, I have frayed nerves. [My apologies, as well, for past and future insults.] 04/Feb/17 5:12 AM |  |
Morning all, Keith ,I had just got out of bed when you gallumped. 😳😂 04/Feb/17 5:14 AM |  |
No apologies needed my friends , it's DT that has no manners. 04/Feb/17 5:20 AM |  |
Here's another one from Joyce. It started out fairly noice. She was doing just fineUntil the last line;I laughed until I lost my voice. a dozen, a gross, and a scoreplus 3 times the square root of fourall divided by sevenplus fives times elevenis three less than age eighty-four! 04/Feb/17 5:21 AM |  |
This one kinda explains the previous one: ...Just taking a wild, crazy guesswhat that equation represents:the number eighty-oneis the age of someonewho's a long-time Sudokuist! 04/Feb/17 5:24 AM |  |
Cute puppy . Glad to see he has a good home. 04/Feb/17 5:48 AM |  |
