Sacky, I just tried to download a William Horwood book to my Nook, but discovered his books are not offered on Nook format. I also discovered two choices. Did you mean the novel Duncton Wood, or Duncton Tales, Volume One of 'The Book of Silence'? 05/Jun/14 3:52 AM |  |

Credit where credit is due ... it was mariane From barooga that came up with the idea that we all suggest favorite books. I think it's a great idea. 05/Jun/14 7:27 AM |  |
Keith, the The Duncton Series are 2 trilogies. Titles in order: Duncton Wood, Duncton Quest, Duncton Found. The second trilogy, The Book of Silence is made up of Duncton Tales, Duncton Rising and Duncton Stone. I reckon I've read the lot at least 3 times, with the same enjoyment as Tolkein's Hobbit and Lord of the Rings. 05/Jun/14 7:27 AM |  |
 Sorry 'is 2 trilogies'. 05/Jun/14 7:29 AM |  |
