Seems some are getting wet, while I feel like I am being blown away. There was a plan to attack the herb garden this weekend. Could not find anything that I could anchor myself down with. Kept having visions of scenes from the Wizard of Oz. So the weeds are still thriving in my herb garden.

Sounds like people are starting to bug out of sudokuland. Maybe if I hang around long enough I can TOPP at least one page!

We had a beautiful day yesterday. I really would have liked to tidy up the Hosta Bed before they started poking up. But I chose to battle the dust bunnies in the dinning room before the Easter Bunny shows up next week!

Mymare - sounds like you need to clean the exhaust hose from your dryer.

That happened to me last year, and I thought my 2-year-old dryer was breaking down! Fortunately, it was just a build-up of lint in the hose which was easily cleaned.

The plan for today, was to get up. Oh, and attempt to get dressed and head to town a little earlier than usual. So far I have accomplished a shower, fed the girl and reading posts. Still in the middle of reading my friends email to find out why she is slow today.

OK I must be off. Son is begging me to play wii with him. I'll be back!

And now I'm off to the grocery store to stock up on diet-friendly foods. I would welcome suggestions/recommendations!!! I am particularly interested in salad spritzers. Has anyone tried them and, if so, are there any favorites?

How could I forget the most amazing task, that has not been accomplished in months. I got socks on my feet.

I don't feel slow today Karen. But apparently I am slow because I missed the changeover by 4, missed 22 by 1, as well as missing page 2 and 3. And you know how I enjoy greeting the new page!

Hey Jane, I need to shop too! Could you pick up some milk, eggs, bananas and watermelon for me? OH and the kids would like some more kiddie cereal. It seems someone has been eating all their cereal !

As for your salad dressing topping. My last chat with the dietician and nutritionist, about 2 weeks ago, that was a topic discussed. If you read the labels, on most purchasing the original is better than getting the fat free stuff, it is the quainity that is used. Something about everything in moderation was also said, I just need to eat.

Jane, I cannot imagine you with a weight problem. Just reading what you do and how you go I burn up calories. And you are physically doing what you say.
Don't tell anyone this, but I make it a habit of preparing our own meals, no processed stuff either. I prefer the fruits of our labor out of More...

In case this leaks out, hubby did bring home a boxed meal a few weeks ago. It was horrible. He said he thought it would be easier for me to prepare. Double YUCK. I did prepare it for him to let him see the difference in his helping and my way of preparing food. I do not think hamburger helper in a box will be coming through my doors any longer.
