BUT FIRST A RE-POST OF YESTERDAY'S POOZLE.
This week's Saturday poozle is 1&3 poozle,
I will work through the alphabet giving you the first and third letters of a word and a clue as to what the word is. I will also give you the rest of the word in random order, and the second letter of the More...

Like so many Sudokuists Mrs. Wombat is a devoted quilter. She has a huge stash, and in reality, two rooms set aside for quilting. One is more of a store room, while the other, which has excellent lighting, is more devoted to sewing.

First Saturday in May in the US is not naked gardening, it is the Kentucky Derby. Even the horses wear clothing.

I have a stash. And 4 sewing machines that don't work. I bought another sewing machine but it is officially Site's and therefore still working. I have never made a quilt.

Hmmm. Autocorrect changed Skye's to Site's. Weird. It hasn't done that before.

I love the humor in threatening to mummify the deceased with fabric from her stash. Why exercise fabric restraint if you CAN take it with you?
