Fiona, I was really thinking on the lines of those foods that are mentioned that I cannot pronounce, but are really just common foods with fancy names.

I just had a delicious bowl of homemade lentil rice soup (195 calories), 10 mini rice cakes (70 calories) and an apple (80 calories). Oh, I just LOVE dieting. It improves my math.
