It's true, Lynne doesn't do male bashing. Maybe that's partly my fault, but she just doesn't, even when I probably deserved it. Maybe some guys do deserve it, but it still gives me a general feeling of unease.

Grasshopper, Has your No.1 son gone to the 'Supernova' convention. My No.2 son has gone down to Melbourne this weekend. His first time on a plane and in the big city on his own. Sometimes our children are just so different from our expectations and each other.

The only thing in IH's favor is that he usually drives me to and from my epidurals. I'm not allowed to drive myself.'How's that for a short list of pro's?

I promise Keith there is no general male bashing. Just some spacific males who have not lived up to the expectations of their better halfs.

Tricia yes he has gone to Supernova. He was at the Brisbane one last weekend and now Melbourne. He has been to Japan, East and West coast of USA, Hobart, Sydney and Adelaide.Only Perth to go. Be warned these conventions are all over the world and are addictive.I don't get it either but they enjoy themselves and don't cause any trouble so Go For It.

So, some men don't come up to their women partners' expectations.

Just who made them judge and jury?

My 17yo daughter is going to Supanova tomorrow! She would go to all of the Comicoms if she could afford it! She was wishing she had a costume, she could have whipped one up in no time!

The second worm was put into a container of cigarette smoke.

The third worm was More...

Back again. Lamb roast for dinner. Future S-I-L gave up the Brumbies game to eat here. The other half has finished his washing up and made me a cup of tea. No sweets tonight as none of us need the extra calories.

Hi everyone, I'm back from my week at the beach. It rained on and off but generally was just a very quiet week. Of course, I managed to get sick. I think it has to do with the body's ability to keep going while it can and when it stops it has the time to get sick.
Anyway, the cough is More...

Supernova - Think Trekkie Covention + Comic Book convention + other 'superheroes' etc. People in costumes as their favorites. Son is dressing like any number of different 'Dr Whos'.
