I may be wrong but that doesn't look like a pandanus tree to me. I realise that there are many different species but they commonly have aerial roots and clusters of leaves on the end of their branches. I have a photo of a small pandanus at number 27 in my gallery.
But what the heck - it's a lovely tropical scene anyway.
