Izzie - what a treat! Maybe this is a regular occurrence in your yard, but it would be quite a sight in mine!

I hate those dang things. They tear up the golf course looking for grubs. They dug out tunnels in the dam of our stock tank till a good rain was enough to find a way through and washed it out. And furthermore, they don't belong this far north but have been steadily moving up over the past 30 - 40 years.

Why did the chicken cross the road?

To prove to the armadillo that it can actually be done.

High center them any chance you get.

7:20 I thought the picture was cute - armadillos always reminded me of armoured hedgehogs very cute, never really thought of them as pests.

I always wanted one as a pet, though I've never seen one. I should see them here in my lifetime. They are moving so far north that the first ones have been sighted in the far south west corner of Kentucky.
