Thanks again to June from Epping for a great BBQ at her place yesterday.Great to get to meet some of the Sydneysiders from this site,as well as some from as far away as California and Brisbane.There were even a few gate-crashers,in the form of rosellas and cockatoos,whom June soon had eating out of her hand,literally.A great time was had by all.

1.Start at 22,basic techniques to UP=29
3.(8);e5=a5-a7=b8,=>e8<>8.UP=81

So here is my version of Alfred's solution. Put in possibilities for 8's, noting the 38 pair in the upper left block. Now assign b9=d8=2, and then try e8=8 to find the contradiction. Hence, b8=8, and done.

My point in commenting is to encourage all puzzle solvers to look for this More...

That day I spent on beach was a very interst .I enjoyed every foot of that beach.I like the sea shore and the palms in Egypt and everywhere too.
When both seen together it add a very beautiful feeling ,I like it.
