A path:
1) Start at 23, ==>UP=26
2) Some eliminations:
2a.Locked 9s at df2,=>bc2<>9
2b.Locked 9s at df7,=>b7<>9
2c.Locked 1s at ac9,=>g9<>1
2d.Locked2s at def6,=>h6<>2
2e.(np)gi1=34,=>c1<>3,e1<>4
More...

Question: If you get a prince after kissing a frog, what do you get if you kiss a toad?

Answer: Warts!

(Sorry! As Meg Ryan's ex-boyfriend said in "You've Got Mail" ...I-could-not-help-myself!)

sotir's conclusion c2<>7 does not follow after:
(7)c3==(5)bc2 since (7)c2 is not weak with (5)bc2.

possible path is:
(9=136)a56c5-(357=9)c123 => a1<>9 UP=36
(7=3)d4-(3=679)afh6 => de6<>7, UP=81.
