1. Note pair 59 at f46.Unique possibilities:g3=2=i8,e7=6=f5,b7=5.(UP 27).
2. If f8=8,h9=8=b1=c7 and row 5 is devoid of 8.So d9=8 and UPs to 81.

Install 8's and see that b1 cannot be 8. After this, the rest is basic mechanics--no joy.
