Yes, HalT, I took this pix last summer south of Morgan City while on a swamp boat tour. the few houses we saw were way up on stilts. the hurricane surges go right thru, no damage. Some houses are being rebuilt like this up off the ground in the Erath area after Hurricane Rita damage. quite interesting. still very different than East Coastal homes
