15:08. Am I the only one to notice that the girl at the center of the photo does not seem to be very happy with her popcycle? That's an unusual marketing strategy.

About 20 mins (fumbled the timer when missus called me for a walk). This wasn't too tough.
Here's my solution:

1) UPs g8=3, d1=9, g5=7, i1=7, c5=1 and groups
def8=145, i79=45

2) If a5=9, then b9=9 => i8=9 => h4=9, but also
a9=1 => b1=1 => i2=1 => h4=1. A More...

Managed to do all the April 2007 tough puzzles!
