yes,Anne, this is one of mine. i hope to get some others posted, so a lighthouse is not necessarily my 'signature', although i do love them. it's been a goal to see as many lighthouses around the world i am able to.

Another famous (and old, by US standards) lighthouse. I'd like to see this one from the water.

I see someone else likes the Outer Banks as I do. We used to go every summer when I was in Jr and Sr high school to the same motel (it was still there the last time I was, but that was a while and a few hurricanes ago).

I was raised in the Piedmont of North Carolina (Rutherfordton), and getting to the Outer Banks was considered laborious (few roads and fewer bridges) back then. Sandra and Cindi, in which NC towns did you live?

Another great lighthouse Sandra! I must take my daughter up to the lighthouse on the northern beaches - I am going to add it to my diary now so I don't forget. I find I often think of things to do with my child at the most inopportune moments then totally forget to organise it when the weekend rolls around! She's 5 now - a fun age for visiting this sort of stuff!

Hi Sandra! Where is LA, NC? I love your photo, & I love spending time anywhere along the coastlines of NC & SC. I can't wait until this Sunday when we will go to our beach house at Fripp Island to spend a week there. May is a great time to be there - cooler weather than in the summer & fewer people. Sometimes we can walk along the beach all by ourselves!!

Judy/San Diego: thanks!i've read all Nicholas Sparks' books also. i started them when we moved here, not knowing that i'd already seen 2 movies made from his books(which i really liked)
we were married in san diego - wanted to move back there, but it didnt work out....there are great lighthouses in your area!

Took my 4 year old to the light house at Aireys Inlet in Victoria, where round the twist was filmed he enjoyed the beech but now knows what a light house is

1) Start at 22 filled the given puzzle. Unique Possibilities to (UP) 27.
