All.
It's raining here

, and barely above freezing. I've gotta feed the lamb, then run errands before the rain turns to more ice. I'm SO glad I don't have to go to the airport today, after all.

Good morning. Someone left that bright light on today and forgot to turn on the heat. It's -7°C/20°F but feels a lot colder to me today. It was a lot warmer last week. The road was almost bare and now it is covered again after the snow the other day.

It's my darling son's 22 nd birthday on the 1st March. All he wants for his birthday is a corned beef and potato pie.
I promised I would make him one over Christmas and never got round to it, so I have made it this afternoon and we will have it for lunch tomorrow.

Heidi, I think it is officially Autumn/Fall here as of today. Our seasons change on the first of the month. The US system makes a lot more sense, the Australian system is easier to remember - unless you're a month off, which I have been known to be....

Did I tell you all about Ebob's 'big' present? When the girls were babies we started a charm bracelet for them. Each year we'd add one or two new charms that related to what they did that year. On Ebob's there's a ballerina, a plane (move to here), baseball, a fire truck etc etc, 19 in total. We always planned to give them the bracelets when they turned 16.

Morning Zusy and Nola, didn't quite finish the painting yesterday, going to cook some bacon and eggs a decide what we do, finish painting or take the boat out.

I just updated my youtube - not the usual cute animal stuff I am so fond of.
It is a clip from the BEST TV show EVER..."The Wire". It ran 5 Seasons on HBO - I have all the seasons on DVD. Anyway - the clip is of 2 of my favorite characters.
