Somewhere In Between Midnight and O'Clock

You unlock this door with the key to imagination. Beyond it is another dimension - a dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into the Twilight Zone......

andré I feel at home here - don't change the youtube awhile - I am transfixed with it...

'I don't think in terms of logic and words. I think in terms of emotions and patterns. So don't mistranslate something I said to something anyone with common sense knows I didn't mean, cause obviously I didn't.'

Nance - never thought of fingers as being are so right!

Never point with your fingers, it's rude - use your tongue instead.

If all the world were paper,
And all the sea were ink,
If all the trees were bread and cheese,
What would we have to drink?

André - this is the first time I've been onto this page, I hadn't seen it before.
A very clever piece and someone with very flexible fingers. I loved the dive into the glass.
Great stuff.

'Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?'
'That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,' said the Cat.
'I don't much care where-' said Alice.
'Then it doesn't matter which way you go,' said the Cat.

Why is there no monument
To Porridge in our land?
It it's good enough to eat,
It's good enough to stand!

On a plinth in London
A statue we should see
Of Porridge made in Scotland
Signed, "Oatmeal, O.B.E."

There was a man upon the stair
But when I looked, he wasn't there.
He wasn't there again today.
OH, I wish he'd go away!

I agree that those are very sexy, flexible fingers. The illusion of walking was enchanting and realistic, yet surreal.

X and Y yawned sleepily,
"Look at the time!" they said.

They did, then "Z-z-z."

Oh!! ..I will start from 'T' now..
T" is for Turtle.
Which goes can go really fast...
If he's racing a snail.
"U" is for Umbrella.
It keeps rain from hitting you.
But, it's not very good against falling pianos.
"V" is for Vulture.

I wandered lonely as a clod,
Just picking up old rags and bottles;
When onward on my way I trod,
I saw a host of axolotls.
Beside the lake, beneath the trees
A sight to make a man's blood freeze.
Some had handles, some were plain;
They came in blue, red, pink and green.

We need skin
Don't harm a hair of it
Always take good care of it
What would we do without it
Keep it clean
Soap and water every day
Will keep the dirt and grime away
We need skin
Whether you're short or whether you're stout
It keeps your body from falling out
We need skin
Don't harm a hair of it
Always take good care of it
We need skin...

Fairytale Madness (JJ)

A long time ago in a fairytale wood,
A little girl skipped in her stunning red hood.
To her grandmother's house, that's the way she was going.
When to her surprise, the sky began snowing.
Looking for cover, she spied a young egg,
But running to greet More...

The goops they lick their fingers,
And the Goops they lick their knives;
They spill their broth on tablecloths-
Oh they lead disgusting lives!
The Goops they talk while eating,
And loud and fast they chew;
And that is why I'm glad that I
Am not a Goop-are you?

aim of the experiment: to find the speed of the falling thermometer.
procedure: take the thermometer to the terrace.(minimum 5 floors high requd.)
take a candle. light it.
now drop both the thermometer and the lighted candle from the terrace.

Elephants are contagious!
Be careful how you tread.

Should be confined to bed!

Be careful tiny tots.

But lots and lots - of spots.

Where once there was flame burning bright
There only stands a pale metal bathed in night

My lines do not scan.
My words do not rhyme.
I've overrun the meter, dramatically,
Not for the first time.

Am I a poem?
I am, if I say I am.
