During recent travels, I discovered Sudoku and became slightly addicted. I found that most published methods were confusing and not practical to apply. So, I developed a simplified Sudoku method. It has cut my solution times in half and I haven't found a valid puzzle that can't be solved with this method. Here is the basic logic diagram: (more details and examples in book)
