Poor, poor GMo! Same thing (almost) happened to me in our brand new room addition. First gathering and someone spilled their red wine on my beautiful new apple lime & cream striped chair, footstool and carpet. Left without 'fessing up! Found after they left! Luckily I remembered that we had More...

Good Maen, good people. The photo looks "unreal," like a cheap TV set piece. Can there actually exist such a perfect cave opening right on such a brilliant turquoise lagoon? Evidently.

Could it be a mine?

Plum, there are many places like this to be found around the Indonesian archipelago. The sea can really be that colour and also the sky. I remember days spent in similar places where you do not see another person all day.
Oh to be there now instead of wrapped up in thermals with the heating going and a biting freezing wind outside.

Googled it. It's a small luxury resort island off the coast of Bali. Doubt they would have a mine there! So, best advice... don't puzzle over, just enjoy!

GRAMMA UPDATE: That old broad is one tough cookie. Gramma is HOME!! She got home Sunday evening and was tucked into her own bed. My aunt stayed the night and Gramma made her own breakfast and lunch. She's been cleared! Thanks everyone for all your thoughts and prayers. She'll be 92 on April 3rd.

GMo... You probably don't have access to Woolite Oxy Deep. I would recommend that for the wine stain. I've used it to clean up massive amounts of blood off the carpets, with no sign of blood left afterwards. ........... Don't ask.

Yeah for Gramma, Angie. GannieMo, I hope you are able to get the wine stain out. I'm so sorry that happened to your new carpet.

Angie - good to hear you gran is doing well. Mom just got back from a trip to Malta. She had been there before - many years ago. I took Tipper (my 15+ year old dog) on our annual trip to the convention in Seaside. Tipper's health has been declining - but on the way up - we stopped at a beach, where she could be off the leach. She thought she was a pup again, wanting to chase the stick thrown "toward" the surf. Not More...

I've been working on converting my vinyl LPs to CDs, including copying the allbum covers and listing the songs on the back. Generally can get 2 LPs on one CD, so the cover is made to fold around the labeled (minature of LP cover, year & album title/artist) CD. It is going to take awhile to get them all converte - nearly 500 LPs.
