Hello page two.

Whew, that really wore me out.

Well, Karen, it IS a long way from the bottom to the top.

Good afternoon to all! Nice photo, but I'm prejudiced because I think the view from the Canadian side is much more spectacular!

I did Serena's puzzle before the Sudoku, and now just a quick hello and goodbye, as I'm running out to do some chores. Cheers to all!

Well, I believe Winter has been pushed aside, because for the next 10 days we will have tempts in the 70's.
I went out earlier than usual to wait for the bus to get some wonderful solar healing and hopefully some charging, but was ran off by a swarm of bees.
When M came home she promptly befriended a bee and calls her Honey.

I have not gone back on the quest to learn why buses have silver tops, but I did learn something interesting about aging. 29, 39, 49, and 59, are ages that people make big life changing decisions, sometimes not smart ones. Examples given new car, remodel house, some type of body change, etc. But the most change was exercising, which 9 out 10, forgot about by the time the big '0' birthday.
13/Mar/15 8:19 AM
I thought back to my last '9' birthday and I was giving birth or preparing to give birth. That could be considered a big life changer. Well, maybe for me it was, because my life has not been the same since.
13/Mar/15 8:21 AM
BTW, in no way, even though I was told not to go through with, I do not regret going through with the birth. I do not think it was a bad decision at all.

Here is some information you may like to know, if you are ever on, Who Wants to be a Millionaire. On March 7, 1985, the first .com Internet domain was opened.

It started out as Symbolics, but now some type of facts site.

Holy Smokes! Libraries have changed. It has been a while since I have been around a normal library. I had school usage, then out in no-where's-ville that library was just weird, and now the library across the street, let's me have books with no time limit and we check ourselves out and in.

Today, the girl's brought home information on the big city library. If we are late it is a one dollar fine, though it does have a 3 day leeway. Way back when, it was a nickel. Also, children under 8 unattended police will be called for pick-up and anyone under the age of 15 left till closing, police are called.
I read the rules and regulation manual for the library.

Hello. I had heard that my absence had been noticed. I went to Colorado for two weeks after New Years. I had a lovely visit. Three days after I got back, I got a phone call from a Dr. who was wondering if I was still interested in doing an internship. Unfortunately, I had laryngitis, so I More...

I remembered to change my avatar. It is that season again.

Wonderful to hear from you, Sarah Beth, and to catch up on your career directions.
13/Mar/15 9:48 AM
, y'all! Welcome back Sarah Beth, and good luck - sounds like it'd be a great fit!

Work today went MUCH better than yesterday. Got a number of things accomplished, and even made progress on a few things during lunch break on the cookie sale. What a difference a day makes.
13/Mar/15 11:06 AM
Wishing you the best, Sarah Beth.

Uh, your avatar is a little hard to read. Do I see ''A&M'' on number 25's shirt?
13/Mar/15 11:25 AM

Serena said she saw her grass yesterday. Finally by late today, I could see a little of mine, but not much of it. I could see most of my across the street neighbor's yard!

OMG, is it hot out there! We're in the upper 80's and the weather forecast here is that it's getting hotter towards the weekend. We're suppose to reach 92ºF by Saturday! Wait it's not spring yet and we're already getting summer weather!
13/Mar/15 11:41 AM
I also remember being on the Maid of the Mist. I agree with Greg that the Canadian side of Niagara Falls is nicer.
13/Mar/15 11:42 AM
HalT, wrong tournament. And I can see how you could confuse crimson and blue and maroon and white.
13/Mar/15 11:56 AM

Good luck with the job, Sarah Beth.

Hal's a bit like me these days, he gets confused easily about a lot of things.
13/Mar/15 12:17 PM

See - I missed my clickety-click.
13/Mar/15 12:18 PM
Look at it this way, Peter, you're in good company.

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Terry Pratchett, one of my favorite Fantasy authors. He had an amazing way of mixing great humor with thought provoking messages. He was always fun to read.

1:47 Good afternoon one and all!

Back home again after a lovely couple of days spent with Mo, Rolanda and Margaret.
I wouldn't say the drive to Perth and back was so good, though. Too many road trains and semi-trailer trucks on the More...

Good to see Sarah Beth checking in. Really hope your endeavors bear fruit.

Today was not very productive as far as packing. I did get cans recycled and bought end of roll newspaper to wrap stuff in, as well as hanging clothes that should have been hung months ago, and sorted through a few more shoes, throwing one more pair out, and decided to 'pass on' another pair/ I More...
