Ian, I had to look up buffleheads... Cute little things! Although the bird book says they winter in our area, I have never seen one. Are they a sign of Winter for you?

Plum Have you tried holding down your control button and moving your center mouse control. Up should make it bigger and down should make it smaller.

Evening everyone.

Mum just rang to say my cousin in Holland just rang to say his mum ( my dad's sister ) had died overnight.
She was suffering from Alzheimers, and for her it is a blessing.

Reading through your list of answers to yesterdays brain teaser, I recognized only one song title. Though I recognized 3 of the group names, There is only one group, some of whose work, I would recognize, if I heard it. #3.

I find that my eyes have aged enough that I make most web pages larger if I need to read fine print. I do the same for these sudoku puzzles by holding down the control key (Ctrl) and then pressing the + or - buttons to increase (+) or decrease (-) the size.

I wonder how the blue-feet evolved? Maybe if (at least their ancesors) waded in shallow sapphire-blue sea they would be/have been camouflaged against being bitten off by 'lurking monsters'?
