We still need to keep posting to get to Peter's number. Here's really easy one.

That is a ghost post from yesterday. Good morning everyone, I hope you have a great day.
21/Feb/17 12:10 AM
🌞🌷Good Maen - tried some salt in my coffee yesterday- really good - tried again today - so so - life is a mystery

1:42 Good night one and all!
21/Feb/17 12:18 AM
President's day here in my neck of the woods - one of those holidays that that the bank and postal system has off - so all my banking errands were done yesterday! Or on Friday!

Sunny here and unseasonably warm predicted.
Yesterday it got up to mid-60's F (17 C).
21/Feb/17 1:10 AM
Without quotation marks, it should probably be 'unseasonable warmth' in my last sentence.
21/Feb/17 1:40 AM
We are still in ''warm weather mode'', too. Instead of shoveling snow, a neighbor is washing his car today. I may hook up the hose after lunch and give that a go, too. Hubby always drains the hoses and puts them in the shed for the winter, so it would involve dragging at least one out. We'll see......

Good Maen, good people. I have worked long and hard on Judy's spoonerism offering and have concluded that it may need a team effort to solve it. What do you all think?
21/Feb/17 3:04 AM
I got totally lost with Wombat's puzzle. Funny how one wrong word (or spelling) screws up the whole thing. I think I finally have it figured out, so, my frustration level has receded. Of course, it doesn't help when hubby wanders by and asks, ''Is that even a word?''
21/Feb/17 3:09 AM
I'll have to go back and check it out later, Plum....I am off to the kitchen to get a pot roast into the crock pot.
21/Feb/17 3:11 AM
Good morning all.
1:55 Ages since I have been under the 2 minute. Brain does not work as well these days.
21/Feb/17 3:29 AM
Okay....pot roast is in.
The only thing that comes to mind:

A FRIEND WHO TELLS YOU TO SHUT THE *!# UP AND A TIN REFLECTIVE DEVICE = A jeering mate and a mirroring plate

Of course, only Judy would throw that out to us and go swanning off for a few days while we suffer. What a witch.
21/Feb/17 3:37 AM
Okay, Kathy. I'll roll up my sleeves, too. Everyone else can pitch in.

This is my best thought so far:

Tin made me think at once of foil. And foil rhymes with loyal, which a friend can be.

Loyal F___________ & Foil L____________

The best I can come up with, More...

Oh, and about my spoonerism clues. If anyone has any fledgling attempts they want me to grade or offer hints about, let me know.

(hint: just as the clue reads as a single phrase, so does the spoonerism)

21/Feb/17 4:23 AM
Judy will laugh to see what a merry chase she's led me on!!
21/Feb/17 4:28 AM
We're getting close. WAKE UP, KEITH!!!!
21/Feb/17 4:29 AM
Oh, add flasher to the list of reflective devices. Though Judy would surely come up with a different definition for flasher!
21/Feb/17 4:41 AM
22. Keith. I gave you a generous 10 minutes.
21/Feb/17 4:42 AM
Isn't this the year of the Rat too?
21/Feb/17 4:46 AM
Slept in again and missed it.
21/Feb/17 5:02 AM
jalcami - no because that was in 2008 and it's a 12 year cycle. 2017 is the year of the rooster. Chinese zodiac in order, according to google:

Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, Pig
21/Feb/17 5:05 AM
Keith - you were posting earlier. You need to switch back to caffeinated. Put a tiger in your tank. Wow. Remember that ad from the 60s?

I've gotten sucked into youTube for vintage commercials. What I can't yet find is a URL for the long version of the Texaco jingle. [Sing along time.]

'You can trust your car to the man who wears the star, for the finest products that can take care of your car. At every Texaco station, More...

It's true, I was up for a while early ... sitting in front of the computer in my bathrobe ... then went back to bed. Retiree's prerogative.
21/Feb/17 7:14 AM
Morning all, we had to pull the bedspread up last night ...what happened to summer !
21/Feb/17 7:17 AM
Keith, once I'm out of bed that's it . I have to be really sick to go back to bed.
21/Feb/17 7:26 AM
Good morning.

Shiela says 'unseasonable warm' at 17*C and I say unseasonably cold at 17*C in the house. Outside it was meant to drop to 5*C overnight,
21/Feb/17 9:03 AM
But the sun is shining now and the sky is blue, si we should reach our forecast top of 25*C.
21/Feb/17 9:04 AM
Anyone else around? I don't think so so here goes....
