Hehehe - on all accounts, Kayo!
And how appropriate that you grabbed #5!
Good Maen all!

We have an exceptionally large Gray Fox frequenting our yard...and he is out during the day. I swear (and I'm not telling "stories") that he must weigh 35-45 pounds. He is about 4 feet long from nose to tip of his tail and he is NOT afraid. He was out in my backyard yesterday around 3 pm More...

Oh - and after reading up on the Gray Fox I find that they can climb trees like cats!

Heidi - I really appreciate the Scarlet Pimpernel recommendation. I had started on the series once and got sidetracked. I will put that on my reading list. What I especially like about it is that I'll bet I can get them free on my ereader. That's really good for when I'm traveling light and don't want to be carrying around library books!
28/Apr/12 12:32 AM
Hi, Keith. Whew! Looks like you're taking back the 22 spot. All is right with the world.
28/Apr/12 12:34 AM
2 in a row. Yes, all's right.

I'll bet Vici thought of moving to Gerald.
28/Apr/12 12:41 AM
I hope my cat's not thinking about making me aware of any hairballs today. ewwww

all. Had a LOT of rain here yesterday. More forecast for this evening. I think we may have finally left drought status.
Now I have to decide whether to tell a story or plant a tree.
Max votes for the tree. He says a dog just can't have too many trees.

I've posted photos in my gallery of our trip to Apalachicola and St. George Island. This was our first trip there, and we will definitely be returning!
28/Apr/12 1:56 AM
Plum - I'm making notes of the books you've been reading. I haven't had time for much reading lately, but with beach season almost upon us, that will change quickly!
28/Apr/12 1:58 AM
Keith - I'm glad to see you're back in form. Getting 22 will be a challenge now for the rest of us!
28/Apr/12 1:59 AM
This half of the year, I'm often up in time to join the race. It's the other half of the year I'm usually still in bed, Jane.

Good afternoon to all! We actually had some late April snow this week, but it didn't stay on the ground for long. Despite that, the tulips along the Rideau Canal are now in (almost) full bloom.
28/Apr/12 4:10 AM
Slow today. Everyone must be busy doing other things or on the other side of the world, still sleeping.
28/Apr/12 4:11 AM
CP, glad to see that you, Mr. P and your luggage made it home safely. Welcome home!
