Hard to find an easy to convey solving pattern. 9-8-7 then 1 up to 6 works today. 03/Mar/19 1:29 AM |  |
Your getting here in the morning makes it a nice day for us, Kathy. How are you celebrating? 03/Mar/19 1:30 AM |  |
I'm not sure, Plum. There is a ''surprise'' in the works. Hubby knows the plans, but I don't. 03/Mar/19 1:43 AM |  |
Elephants! Any day I get to see an elephant is a happy day for me. However, it looks as if they had a habit of reaching through a fence, rubbing their heads raw in the process. I can imagine this happening if visitors were trying to offer them something to eat from a distance outside More... 03/Mar/19 1:43 AM |  |
Well, Kathy, enjoy both the pleasant anticipation AND the actual surprise. Hats off to hubby for arranging the celebration for you, whatever form it takes. 03/Mar/19 1:50 AM |  |

 Thx for remembering, Amelia. 03/Mar/19 11:53 AM |  |
Kathy's birthday ended up being a glorious sunny day, after a drizzly gloomy morning. I credit her with the change in the weather- thanks for having a birthday today, Kathy! 03/Mar/19 12:17 PM |  |
I think perhaps the elephants have had themselves a good mud bath, but it has mostly dried out except around their eyes and mouths. 03/Mar/19 12:33 PM |  |
Thanks, Sarah - Victoria Bitter brings on poetic thoughts and speaking in rhyme... now I understand too! 03/Mar/19 1:46 PM |  |

It was absolutely wonderful seeing the elephants, and many other animals, in the wild in Namibia, Botswana and Zambia the other year. A holiday I'll never forget. 03/Mar/19 3:33 PM |  |
Thank you, Shosho! Back from a bike ride a while ago. Saw a rather nasty looking snake on the cycle path and just missed it. It was moving off so hopefully was gone by the time people walking got there. 03/Mar/19 3:34 PM |  |
I remember feeding peanuts to the huge elephants at Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus in Madison Square Garden. Later I had a ringside seat and could almost reach out and touch the gleaming costumes on the very athletic bodies with thick makeup. To me everything and everybody was much larger than they are today. 03/Mar/19 10:52 PM |  |
