CP, I thought you were at home recovering. You are sounding better in your posts, so that is a good sign.

Eve, you too. Your posts are sounding more like yourself. Makes me feel better about both of you.

Sue, are you close to Luther?

According to the weather guesser, OKC was the hottest place to be this week. I think he said 113, but was not paying close attention. Glad you are cooling off today.

Thanks for the good thoughts for my mother. She is sleeping and it seems peacefully. I am alright with this, don't know if I could handle it if she was restless.
My concern is for my girls and how they can handle loosing their Grandma. Not too happy how we have dealt with death that has happened More...

How about this one?

Assuming you can't steal an animal's sense of hearing, or use an electrical device, what would you need in order to hear a pin drop from over 20 yards?

I keep watching Curiosity coverage, too. It'll be landing on Mars in just over 10 hours! I'm gonna have to stay up and watch. Unfortunately, due to rotations, we may not know for a while if the landing itself was successful. We'll only get to watch the descent.
