Good morning people of the world.
24/Apr/15 12:03 AM
For our friend who is in the family way, I am bringing out my pink and blues. I think we should be in our final count down.
24/Apr/15 12:05 AM
You may want to sit down for my next post, it is a shocker. Man was even shocked and said if he had not seen it with his own eyes, he would not have believed it.

Now, even though I do not care to go into that room, I have always loved reading food preparation books and now enjoy watching television programs and I receive tons of food preparation emails. Pinch of FPA, you know it is not that word, but I do try to keep my vocabulary clean, sent one for made from scratch chocolate pie, yesterday. It looked good and I had all the ingredients.
24/Apr/15 12:09 AM
Throughout the night I thought of this pie and so this morning I prepared a beautiful chocolate pie. Of course I licked the spoon and it even taste good. I know shocker. The filling filled the pie shell and there was enough left over for two dessert cups, which I thought I would keep for the girl's More...

The testing is over for K. She thinks she did well. Now all we have to do is wait for the results. I am not a good waiter.

Maybe the wind is blowing in its face or something but that does not look like a happy dog to me.

Karen is fast today. I didn't think I would be close to shosho's number when I posted.
24/Apr/15 12:16 AM
10 days Karen, but who's counting.

Beginning with the word 'in,' add one letter from the given pool to create a new word until you get a seven-letter word meaning 'being in a state of suppressed agitation, worry, or resentment.'

Pool: T G E S W

1) IN

Answers to my ‘’Chocolate Pie’’ inbox please.

I'm going pajama shopping now. Little girl decided to skip 2 sizes at some point. All her pajama pants look like knickers.
24/Apr/15 12:24 AM
I dedicate this post to Queen Anne

Grab a size 6, Serena. M's PJ drawer is packed and she gets highly upset if one PJ is missing. I know I tried.
24/Apr/15 12:40 AM
BTW, whoever put adjusters in kids clothes, is my hero. K put on a pair of jeans yesterday and could not breath, could not adjust them any more, so grabbed some shorts, they fell off, adjusted, fit perfectly. M put her jeans on and could not breathe, adjusted, and she was so happy.
If these girls could just hold off on growing for another 6 weeks, we will not have to worry about clothes.
24/Apr/15 12:44 AM
I really want some pie.
24/Apr/15 12:45 AM
My cat who has the same colour scheme, with very pale eyes, also squints in the bright sun. Too bad they don't make pet sunglasses!
24/Apr/15 12:51 AM
Case packed. A few things to do when I get up and off to the airport.
A busy day with lots of washing and getting it dry. Fortunately the rain kept away.
24/Apr/15 12:52 AM
Spoiled rotten, I'll bet.
24/Apr/15 12:54 AM
Am I by myself?
24/Apr/15 12:55 AM
We'll see.

The answer to yesterday's poozle: Julie
(The second letter of the names are the vowels in order)

The Coveted Bat Crown goes to winners Serena, Judy, DoA, DotCom, lonewoof, Hal and Doug!

I'm back from my pj shopping spree. 4 pairs is my definition of a spree. I might get more later.
24/Apr/15 2:05 AM
Karen, we did some waist adjustment this morning as well. I like the idea but my waistless kids end up wit so much extra elastic hanging around that I can't imagine that it would be comfortable.
24/Apr/15 2:06 AM
With the exception of the s word that was floating around a little bit this morning, I'm officially declaring it Spring. My daffodils are up and flowered, there is more green in my lawn that not, my bush and maple tree have buds, I hear birds in the morning, everything that was dirt is mud, and the peepers showed up a couple nights ago.
24/Apr/15 2:09 AM
My sons were so different physically. My older son in elementary school wore regular pants but cinched in with a belt so it looked like a dirndl skirt on him! My younger son always wore husky size until middle school. But now they're both the same height but the younger one works out so is more muscular. Plus his wife is an excellent cook, too good sometimes!
24/Apr/15 2:28 AM
For both grandies the adjustment tabs in the pants makes the pants fit!
24/Apr/15 2:29 AM
, y'all! May is a good month in which to be born. I oughta know .
24/Apr/15 2:48 AM
Silverteen would skip a size frequently. She'd always been on the tall side, but also lean which made her difficult to fit. The worst time was when she was between girl and junior sizes. We switched to capris for a while until she could fully wear Junior clothes.
24/Apr/15 2:49 AM
OTOH, now that she's in junior clothing, gone are the days of inexpensive clothing. Sigh.
24/Apr/15 2:49 AM
I once went shopping with my (then) teen age granddaughter to buy her jeans. I almost fainted at the prices of the ones she ''had'' to have. In all fairness, she was tall (5'9'' at the time) and slim....really hard to fit. I can only assume prices haven't gone down over the years.
24/Apr/15 2:57 AM
Karen - save me a piece!!!!
24/Apr/15 3:01 AM
Oh, Jamie you are so funny. I am so trying to wait for the girls to come home, but it is getting more difficult by the minute. There is 3 hours to go and it is lunch time.
24/Apr/15 3:15 AM
Awwww.Cute pup today.
24/Apr/15 3:18 AM
K is at the point that we are starting to look in Juniors. The girls department we hunt and hope it fits for a week, but the juniors are still too big. She is all legs.
We have never purchased jeans for M, she is still in hand-me-downs. The girl is short and small and just coming out of size 4. K's size five jeans are miles long on her and the waist is just starting to fit.

Bye-bye page one.
