What is the reason bananas are so expensive there? Is that the usual price, or is there some reason for the high cost?

Good Maen to all. Weather was absolutely beautiful this morning, however, it is slowly clouding up and we are suppose to get severe storms before the day is over. Knew 75 degrees, sunny and breezy would not last. Not much going on, so I guess I had better get some house work done, and laundry. Talk to you later.
