Wow! I have been getting in about this time lately with less than 20 comments. Busy Monday. Mine is about to get busy with a test I am giving to bring up the grades from the LAST test - it was absolutely horrible.

Okay, on the topic of chocolate (a topic that we're always ready to pick back up, n'est ce pas?)... Vosges Haut Chocolat www.vosgeschocolate.com
Highly recommend the Calindia Bar (purchased for moi because of the plums with cardamom and walnuts in dark chocolate) and especially the Red Fire Bar *mmmmm/wow/mmmmmm* with Mexican chillies with cinnamon in dark chocolate!

Vici! Lucky you! What's the itinerary? Need a luggage handler?
Plum, what exactly is "5000 pages of fiction tourism in ten days"? Curious minds want to know.

Fruits and vegetables, People ... fruits and veggies!!

GMo ... just read a report that the French spend more time in bed than residents of any other country! (8'50") The French also lead the World in time spent eating! Anyone else want to move to France??

There isn't a holiday or occasion, however minor that isn't celebrated by sitting around a table and enjoying the local produce.
As to the rest much of country France go to bed with the sun and get up with it and if you have seen French TV you'll understand all the early nights!

Plum, I like the idea of yoga and chocolate weekends away....the Flying Bacon and Chocolate Pig is a sort of worry (I can't see it with a fried egg) but I do like the page on how to eat chocolate, very sensuous...if anyone would like to donate a small package to me I would be truly grateful. Is the Red Fire bar good? You are a lucky girl x

I have to keep popping in to cool off. The sun has returned today. My thermometer says 38°Celsius but that is in the sun at the moment probably only 28°Celsius in the shade of which there is very little in this garden.

andré don't you remember Fiona telling us about that place near Biarritz that does chocolate massage.
12/May/09 12:55 AM

When I put in the word Biarritz in the spellchecker gives me the alternative - bipolarity - I suppose they got the first 2 letters correct.

Now Judy, before we turn the imaginations of this site loose on your "time in bed" statistic - it said the French SLEPT more than any other nation. Who knows how much time they actually spent in bed (?!?!).
Easy is rocking this morning.

Kathy - you asked for it. Here's the explanation:
My computer was waiting for a thingamadoodle, than, after it arrived I was fighting everyone for catch-up computer time. Four school-year programs and the taxes were done and the weather was lousy and my hubby's been doing side jobs, SO More...

I found this on a chocolate survey site
'Chocolate talks.
It creates emotions and opens a dialogue between people'

I'd say whoever wrote that has visited this site;

What series of books, Plum? You must be pretty mellow to sit still for 10 waking hours a day! I'm glad that you didn't clot up!

Ohhh, I want to do that, Plum!! Sounds heavenly!

Oh Mo I had forgotten about that...the massage bit. I did an 'Abigails Party' 70's dinner at the weekend, and one of my guests brought along some Cadbury's Flakes for each of us. They wanted to challenge the girlies to see who could eat the flake like the Cadbury's Flake adverts...I won't tell you who won but it was hilarious, and I need more practise evidently!!!

Judy - Oy, my back and neck are killing me from sitting so long. I'm not sure I'm fessing up to what series I read. You may all make guesses and if enough people make suggestions I will say if anyone is right.

Kathy - you're so full of questions today - any 4-H goats we're taking to the Fair needed to be in our possession by May 1st. The older of my 2 4-H daughters bought another milking doe and a doeling (doe kid) for the dairy breeding stock category.

Oh, and Judy. I did end up going to the library 3 times, too. And, yes, I am a very mellow person.
To get more reading time in, I read while I was cooking (so I could read while I was eating), I read while I was soaking in a hot tub (to keep the blood circulation going and the clots from More...
