Getting first post of the day makes up for discovering that old gourmet coffee still tastes like old coffee. So much for cleaning out a cupboard and trying to be frugal. I shall go back to my cluttered, wasteful ways? 29/May/16 12:06 AM |  |
I've seen this photo before, or one like it. Still makes me laugh. I think of Abe Vigoda in Joe Versus the Volcano. 29/May/16 12:17 AM |  |
 FPOTD plus shosho's 8 ... I'm on a roll. I'd run for the 22 roses but I've run out of things to say? 29/May/16 12:19 AM |  |
I'll bet your towels were folded into fanciful creatures everyday as well. 29/May/16 12:20 AM |  |
 1:53 Good night one and all! 29/May/16 12:29 AM |  |
everyone!I will admit to having to look up Wolf's ''Raspberry Pi''. Now I want one, too! Add the little key board and mouse and I see a Christmas gift in my future. 29/May/16 12:33 AM |  |
Happy Satuday weekend off (but working Monday Memorial Day).Loved the beautiful fruit carving and food displays on the cruising I've done (and yes, the towel animals!) Got to see an ice carving display one time as well... 29/May/16 12:35 AM |  |
One cruise we went on offered a fruit carving class. My attempts were certainly not ''professional grade''. They tasted good, though. 29/May/16 12:36 AM |  |
I also saw a towel folding demo on one cruise. I bought the CD and tried it when we got home. Let me see if I can find the photo of my efforts and post it...... 29/May/16 12:49 AM |  |

The towel folding pic is way too big when you click on it (no time this morning to size), but there is a snake, bull dog, elephant, and 2 mice. My first and last attempt. 29/May/16 1:05 AM |  |
I'll have to try that method, mymare. I'm all for easy! 29/May/16 1:06 AM |  |

I think he likes it! What's not to like, when you're in Bali? 29/May/16 3:33 AM |  |
Kathy, that's some pretty impressive towel folding! We bought one of those books for our kids when they were little. They were fascinated by our cabin steward and loved talking to him. He also took the time to teach them a few animals himself so between that and the book, they had fun long after our cruise! 29/May/16 3:43 AM |  |

It's a bit on the chilly side here this morning, -4.5°C a little while ago. Maybe it's a good thing that I'm injured and can't go out for my normal long Sunday morning run! 29/May/16 6:33 AM |  |
