Been busy again, and I've come up with another site. This time - word search

It is still in its early stages, so let me know what could be improved & I'll get to it. Send an email rather than leave a comment here so I will definitely see it.

Gath, love the new site, the only suggestion I would have is to alphabetize the list of words - it makes it easier to search for 3-4 words at once.

Interesting dog.

Good Maen!
A formal portrait. Very cool.

feste, this site changes quotation marks into an apostrophe. To get quotes, hit them twice.

I posted a comment last night about the picture on yesterday's 6x6 hard puzzle, and didn't get any answers. It is a picture of the statue of a cow in Edinburgh with a map of the world painted on its side. You can see it by going to the 6x6 hard gallery. I was wondering if it was one of a number of More...
ap, those were Burma Shave adds.
Ap, I think these may be Burma Shave signs from the first half of last century. They were a series of 5 red road signs. The first four were jingles of the type you just posted, the last would simply say Burma Shave, which was some type of men's shaving cream.
Karen: See Sudoku solving technique 1. Above. No 1&2 are refered to as naked and hidden singles. You can also see: http://www.sudoku129.com/puzzles/tips_1.php
I like to alternate the methods and then combine the two to create interest
Very slow site tonight. It's now midnight and I'm off to bed. Good Night, all.
Night Anne.
Hi AP and others. AP, I always enjoy your jokes! I guess it's time I told you so. Like others who responded, Burma Shave were a series of 5 signs; the first 4 were always a funny rhyme and the last said Burma Shave. Children, especially, looked forward to reading these signs while riding on More...

Loza (aka Lola) Sorry. Can I came a typo rather than senility?
Thanks for the Burma Shave! Brings back memories. Altho I grew up in Latin America, I did spend some time with my grandmother in Virginia and on trips between VA and NY the Burma Shave signs greatly amused me, and helped her, no doubt, by keeping me amused! She lived on old Route 1, before the advent of super highways; only two lanes all the way back then (1950s).
