My favorites are maki-zushi and nigiri-zushi! Fill a big plate for me, please! My mother and I went to a sushi bar in downtown LA and by the time we finished, we ate a fortune's worth! Didn't ever do that again, eating with abandonment!

Wow, what a beautiful sight! How many lucky guests got to join you in eating this feast? It must have taken lots of hours & lots of $'s (sorry don't have time to look for a British pound sign!) to prepare this. I am fascinated by how creative your mind is in SO many ways!!!

Wonderful Rayray...just wonderful.
Lachie and I spent an enjoyable afternoon making sushi...I was very traditional but my son was rather more adventurous...using BBQ sauce....he could not induce me to try it!! [at least he didn't use the old Oz favourite - vegemite!!]

I use to make sushi a LONG time ago. It was one of the most fun foods I've ever created.
