A RAYRAY, NEW-YEAR, INDIVIDUAL FRUIT TART

A home-made, French-style, mixed-fruit, luxury, individual tart. Made from dessert pastry with ground almonds; strawberries & blueberries; and blueberry jam. Glazed with strawberry jelly, and topped with whipped double-cream laced with strawberry liqueur. Liberally dusted with reddened, coarse, cinnamon-flavoured sugar - mixed with crushed sherbert bon-bon.
