good morning topsiders. sleep well dugs. like vici i thought i would just pop in to say a quick hello. i have much futts to do, starting with putting up a dozon or so quarts of grape juice. hubby did all the hard work of picking and jucing then putting the juice in the bottles. all i have to do is buy some new lids and seal them up. then i need to clean up the purple stains that have been revealed in the morning light. wow! how does one get grape juice on the ceiling!

i need to go get my fountain drink. DC is the best that way. have a good one all!

Oops.... slept late.... gotta get dressed and go out in the rain to feed the calves. See ya all later.

Quiet night last night.

We have had 2 sunny days in the last 2 weeks. On the first one I went for a bike ride. Yesterday, the second sunny day, our water was cut off all day while a new line was connected. Now it looks like rain again. How am I going to get the clothes dry without using the hot turny thingy? Trying to reduce my carbon footprint here and nature is not cooperating!

"Try for a Cyn" = post an extra time to get a TOPP without actually doing a CP, though Cyn did get one on the next page...

Hi again. Just dropped back in while hubby is eating breakfast. He has decided to take a day off work - not feeling great. BUT he is feeling well enough for us to go shopping for a new lounge suite... which means yet another day of not getting ffuts done! It's going to take me forever to catch up once everything goes back to normal, and then it will be school holidays!

Oh, dear, all this talk about avatars appropriate for that C word. I'm stressing!

Hi, Suzy! Good luck with shopping for the new lounge suite! Is this because of the tax return? Or was it already planned?

Hubby's other 'splurge' from out tax return is contact lenses - he hopes. Finding someone in this small town who does what he wants is proving to be difficult!

Hows this though? The first place he called doesn't like to do multifocal contact lenses, but they will do the consultation - for an extra $100 ... splain that?

Needed for years Julie, but only able to get it now!
