Rayray, were you ever an instructor? Your page is quite educational and fascinating. So sorry for the last gosling. Sure you couldn't have adopted it? It would have been fun to see you followed by your Barnacle geese family!

Actually, Shosho, that event could easily have become a turning point in my life. It was (and still is), a deeply significant experience within my life. I might easily have become a happy, life-long student of the habits of the barnacle goose.
Now I am merely a fantasy shepherd with a house-full of imaginary, bleating sheep. Life is so full of missed opportunities.
