Zorro at 6 weeks old (born Jan 12, 2019)

Zorro is one of my 3 new Catahoula Leopard Dog puppies. Despite the name, not all have the leopard (merle) markings. They can also come in solid black, chocolate, red or yellow, or have brindle markings... and any of those can have some white in what is called Irish Spotting,

Oh, what a cutie! Does he have some white on all 4 feet? I hope he's feeling better and glad to be back home.

Yes, he has some white on all 4 feet, and white on his belly. His father is very loud colored. He's a red patchwork merle with a big white collar, a wide white blaze and white high up on all 4 legs. Mom is solid black with a few white hairs on some toes. There were a couple of solid reds in the litter (like Candy) and the rest were solid blacks. No merles.
