They look so happy working together. It has a lovely feel to it Rayray.
Wouldn't want to have any cuts on your hands though!

They look so happy. I loved visiting Indonesia and Thailand. The people are lovely. Did you travel the region much. I was in those countries many times around 92. Thats where my ship went at the time I did the drawings.
People photos are so fascinating. I will try to find the people ones I took while there.

What beautiful women! I had a similar thought, Gail - wouldn't want to rub your eyes!

Again, you've caught the essence of their personalities, Rayray. What beautiful expressions on their faces. It's also nice to see people who actually seem to enjoy their work, by the way!

Jane:
I am not sure if they enjoyed their work or not. I should think they did: it seemed a happy market.
Their immediate smiles originated from good-natured banter over organising the photo. I had an ordinary still digital camera, and the girls first behaved as if it was a camcorder; so; just as I was about to take the picture, they started vigorously grinding the chillis. I had to use 'Mr Bean' charades to explain that I wanted their hands not to move quite so quickly as I didn't want them to become blurred. They were really great girls. Fantastic sense of humour about it all.
