Thanks for your Christmas greeting. I love the flower photos in your gallery. My wife is a gardener and while we have a number of asiatic and day lillies most of the garden is full of roses which look very good just a present.

Sue, I just love your most recent picture in your gallary, what a great looking group. It took me a moment to realize that was my Things and me.
Thanks for your thoughts and prayers, they really do help. I am going through a whirlwind of emotions, but we are fine. Not running any races today, but I am up and going, that is what my family needs. I will cherish the happiness the baby gave us and not dwell on this horrible weekend.

Sue, I live on a farm south of Smolan, which is halfway between Salina and Lindsborg. I think because I am older, grew up with relatives and friends on the farm, and am still relatively close to where I grew up, I am doing OK. There are times when I can go stir crazy, but after having lived in the city with traffic and barking dogs,etc, I am enjoying the peace and quiet. How far was your farm from Wichita (lived there too when I went to PA school)
