Oh Rosemary, couldn't help peeping on your page. I love looking at Taylah's and Ethan's pic! Anyway, I came to tell you that I was under the cushions. Must have dozed off there after (how many drinks did I imbibe?). Someone must have sat on me!

Saw your comment about the apology - I think it was significant enough to have an 'anniversary' - every year on this day remember the apology and check to make sure positive changes are occurring.

I had a 'rant' on Sunday. The girl/young lady who teaches d2 singing entered our local showgirl contest. She is active in the community, starting her own business and is talented. On the night the girls gave their speeches, she blew them all out of the water. She won. I was at the showground the next morning (sunday) and overheard a group of women discussing the show. "Who won showgirl?" "Jane Doe. I think she's part aboriginal". I waited a moment to see if that led to a comment explaining the significance of labelling her. When nothing was forthcoming, I stuck my head around the corner and said 'she is an extremely talented young lady, active in the community, and a lovely person.' I went home and hubby had to listen to me rant on and on....

One more. I'm glad Ethan is home and well. When d2 was a couple of weeks old she blew up like a balloon. She was rushed over for an xray and ended up spending 3 days in hospital stuffed with tubes, jabbed with needles and tested in painful ways. I thought I would break in half it was so hard. She's fine now, of course. When I heard about Ethan I remembered how I felt when d2 was in hospital and was wishing and hoping....

Hi Rosemary I'm pleased to hear that Ethan is improving its so hard when they are so small and can't tell you what is wrong you all must have been going out of your minds with worry. Bill is doing ok especially after his first blood test came back all clear and it has helped with him being back at work it keeps his mind occupied. Lovely to hear from you

It look d2 a long time to grow out of the projectile chucking, but she did! At about 2 years old I have images of her laughing and running down the hallway, stopping, throwing up, then continuing on her way as if nothing had happened. It was so hard when she was tiny as we knew she was in pain because she was screaming, but there was absolutely nothing we could do. Putting her on a soy formula helped, but didn't stop her discomfort. So much time has passed with her well that it seems like a short time now that she was not. I hope this time passes quickly for Ethan!

I am recovering well, and I'm glad I had the surgery! I still find myself looking at the calendar doing calculations and then realising I don't have to do that any more....

OMG, Lauren looks like a teenager! So young looking to have 4 kids. And you, you young thing you! When I retire in 4 years, I plan to go traveling and Australia is one of my stops, a long stop, I've so many friends to visit! When I come, pick at a regal restaurant and we'll go, my treat! You heard me, my treat, to thank you for being a wonderful person! When I'm stressed out, I come to sudokuland to destress and you're usually there to give me a smile! My hubby thanks you too! Shhh, he's turning 68 tomorrow!

Oh yes that witch at the top, ROFL, how'd you manage that one? You're so clever! This summer I'm going to figure out this widget thing. I flubbed and ended up with a tankful of fish!
