Hi Rosemary! So glad Ethan is doing well & had a happy christening day. I keep meaning to tell you that every time I go to my page I always notice the very first message left on it by YOU! Each time you change your avatar to a new rose it changes the avatar on that first message, so I enjoy seeing an ever changing variety! Wonder how many different ones you've posted by now? It's a LOT - all so beautiful! Have a good day. XO

No Rosemary the accolades go to you! If the children behave like they're ready to learn and willing to cooperate the parents are that way! If otherwise, well, I have found that children who don't behave well, the parents are usually too busy to work with their children or the parents behave that way too!

G'day Rosemary! Love your new rose today at the top of my page. I'm a few days behind on commenting since I've been so busy getting ready for the tennis tournament this weekend followed by the beach week with Jane & Jaime, followed by a week babysitting for the NC grandsons. Leaving tomorrow. Still lots to do. I'm late sending my best wishes for your parents' 58th anniversary! That's a great achievement. Hope your dad contnues to improve. See you in a few weeks.

Oh, Rosemary - I do hope when things settle down and you've recovered from your bout with shingles that you can take a little time for yourself. I, too, was a caregiver once, and stress has a way of manifesting itself in very unpleasant ways. Please know that we are all thinking of you and hoping that things will right themselves soon!

Rosemary, something to help cheer you up or at least occupy your mind for a few minutes.

10. Bad command or file name! Go stand in the corner (YOU can sit on the couch provided)
11. BREAKFAST.SYS halted… Cereal port not responding.
12. COFFEE.SYS missing… Insert cup and press any key (Rose, this works for diet coke too - press any no 1-9)

Rosemary: So sorry to hear that you have shingles. Glad you got the anti-viral meds. Hope they continue to bring you improvement on a daily basis, and the shingles are soon a thing of the past. I had them a few years ago (before the anti-viral med)--ther were on my backside, but luckily did not last too long. Hope the family continues to be well. Good to hear about your mum and dad. Take care; you all continue in my prayers. God Bless.

Well Rosemary, I just have to say thank you for your comments over the last year, and for the one today. It actually brought tears to my eyes to read your comment and a couple others. I do appreciate your friendship and support, and while i'm glad to be back, and hope I stay longer. I'm sorry I wasn't a good friend for some time.
I love seeing your photo's and I hope all is well with you :)
You're awesome!
Because there are so many people onsite, I likely won't go back any time soon to everyones old pages or the archives, so I'll keep intouch from here on out, if you'd like :)
And maybe one day I'll get the umph to really, truly catch up!

take care,
an old friend

Hi Rosemary, Thanks for your birthday greetings! I sorta celebrated April 20 on this site as it was posted as a month early! So how did you know the "real" date? The truth is I love being greeted on any date! Hope you are doing well - I just learned my daughter has shingles. She is an active mom too. Remember to take some serene time for yourself if you can.

Thank you Rosemary for making my birthday a special one.
Many sudoku friends from around the world coming to visit me and wishing me a Happy Birthday have overwhelmed me.
My Husband and sons took me out to dinner to a Chinese Restaurant, and on the Sunday, we had a delicious Roast Dinner at MIL’s.

Hello Rosemary! I have been intending to stop by your page for several weeks now, but have not gotten around to it until today. I hope you are doing better these days after your bout with shingles. Rob & I have checked into getting the preventative vaccine that is available now, but have been told our insurance does not cover it. We may decide to pay out of pocket. We hear awful things about shingles, & SO many people our age get it. How's your Dad & the rest of the family? I left a comment on your photo of Taylah & Ethan. No rush in replying. I know you are terribly busy. Just know that I am thinking of you & send you hugs

Hi Rosemary, we dpn't have a cure for shingles, only sympathy. Anne developed shingles in the aircraft on the way to UK and has great sympathy for fellow sufferers. Hers was under the bra line and we had a fairly miserable holiday.
How is your Dad? I do hope he has recovered by now.

Rosemary, I just lost a rambling comment where I praised you and was thanking you for everything except the kitchen sink....Karma took over and sent that comment to cyberland so that I could be more succinct, a trait of yours that I admire, and simply say, for helping to make my birthday more special!....

G'day Rosemary! I was so glad to see your posts today & to read that you are over your shingles now. Rob & I have found out we can receive the shingles vaccine for free at the military base near us - one of the many benefits of Rob's 23 years in the Navy! Since you have not changed your rose avatar (that I see first on my page!) in a long time I could tell that you have been very busy! Stay well, dear lady. A big hug from me to you.
