Great photo. Going up in a balloon was one thing I never wanted to do, but recently I've changed my mind and think I would like to have a go at it.

I love to watch these go over heard. They always look so graceful! I have never been in one, but I have heard they are very peaceful. Nice picture! Thanks!

I am delighted to see the Royal Australian Air Force balloon in the centre of the picture.
Ballooning really is a great experience and I can thoroughly recommend it. For those of you who are a bit uncertain, it is an extraordinarily safe sport and is regulated by the same aviation authority that controls all civil aviation. The pilots and balloons are properly licensed. So go for it!

Great to see the balloon picture come up! I had forgotten I'd sent it in. Australian Day is 26th January ... That was an early start for us - especially for four year old Leia!
