Today's tough puzzle is now the subject of a new blog page. A link to this page can be found under 'check out the sudoku blog', at the upper portion of the right column.

I will work to fix the problems with the subscription feed with the next blog page.

I used to do stained glass with my husband before we divorced. I miss it. (The stained glass, not the husband.)

Wow - you're good at your hobby - I've seen lesser results from working artists.

Beautiful work, Famia. Is the texture on the background pieces (water) part of the glass, or do you paint it in?

Also, where is Arpin?

Hi Everyone,

I have (finally) added a feature that Steve asked for ages ago. Now the possibilities are always place in the same location.

Why did it take so long to do? 'Cause the existing code is a mess & I didn't want to screw it up (and I still might have, so let me know if there are any problems).

Hi Everyone,

I've fixed the bug that was preventing the 3's being removed when 'remove possibilities' was checked.

The texture is part of the glass. Because I took the picture when there were green leaves in the background, the light coming through created the illusion of moving water. With the leaves gone, and I have moved the piece to its final destination next to a patio, the water seems a bit more still, creating the illusion of a warm late summer day while the heron looks up to see who's looking at him.

What's with the new 'posssible numbers' pattern? It slows the game & is difficult to read! AAAARRRRGGGGH!!! I will be looking for a new gamesite!

Just wondering...do you have a 'contact us' address? The change in your 'possible numbers' is intriguing. I've been studying the reasons for the change. Since the change, I've been researching a different approach to the solution. Study and research are my newest interests in Sudoku.
