Serious brain-fog tonight ~ well over 10 min.

Picture looks like a scene from the movie Lost Boys.

The picture made me nostalgic for the view my daughter had from her house at night when she lived in San Francisco. She was up on a hill and the sweep of lights glittered all the way to the ocean.

Remy, it's springtime! Even though it's raining in Boston now, people are out shopping for gardening supplies, or making plans for vacations, graduations, Mother's Day, etc. There is life beyond Sudoku.

Lovely moonscape!

Gave up on the puzzle--no concentration today. Hope the rest of you are having better luck! Happy weekend, everone.

It looks a little spooky the way the clouds cover the moon. Nice capture!

See, told you I can't concentrate. Pardon the earlier typo. Naturally it should read Happy Weekend, everyone.

That's an interesting photo Keyan, how did you take it?

Maen all!

The view is from the side of Twin Peaks. It was taken with a digital camera balanced on a fence so I could suppress the flash without getting a shake. Digital cameras give me the night photos I always wanted but could not do with film cams.

Thanks Keyan, you've done it very well, it's so easy to get a bit of a shake during a long exposure. I think that digital cameras are a huge advance over film cameras, particularly now that the megapixels are high enough to avoid pixellated photos even with long telephotos and big enlargements.

I love Keyan's photos. They're either beautiful or thought provoking, often both. They're a treat for the eye. Thank you, Keyan.
