Heavy thundershowers with scattered tornadoes yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Hi wolf. You do not need tornadoes! I would like some rain.

Looks like a very young Kevin Kamel. (Kevin was 10 last August)
10/Mar/16 12:12 AM
You can have it, June. A school bus got stranded and they had to carry the kids to safety.

Supposed to rain today.
My 100 year old mother broke her femur at the hip yesterday. She had surgery last night where they put a rod the full length of her femur. Her words as she went into surgery were, 'Let's get this show on the road!' If toughness helps recovery, she's got it made!

Prayers for your Mother's recovery Shiela.

Good Morning, Wolf, June, Shiela, & Hal & all those to follow, especially those who are commenting right now while I'm struggling with my fingers & their insistence to type misspellings......

another warm overcast day. It is still a beautiful day here in OK

Shiela, you have a long life to look forward to if your Mother's an example - along with being hearty , she's got an attitude! Good wishes to her.

My day since Harry came home have been filled with doctors appointments. He only has 2 today.
10/Mar/16 3:00 AM
Shiela, wishing the best for your Mother.

Good Maen, good people. I'm up against deadlines so no procrastinating or larking about today. If I get everything done I get to highlight Skye's hair before I take her to a robotics conference this weekend. I also need to take the puppy to be weighed for her heartworm meds.

I have a hard time remembering I live in the south now. Growing up in Kansas I was in the mid-west. I only live 20 miles from Kansas, the state line not only defines the different states but also different regions of the US.

10/Mar/16 3:22 AM
Hi Plum good to see you.
10/Mar/16 3:23 AM
Hi, Sue. What you say is interesting to me because, while the official classification is to split OK south and KS north/Midwest, I always think of them together as 'Plains states' with other Plains states while the term Midwest refers to MI, OH, IN, IL, WI, and Minnesota (is that MN?). It seems More...

In the interest of getting Keith to 22 I'll open it up. I'm curious. What are other people's perceptions of Michigan, especially people who haven't lived here? People who haven't visited here?
10/Mar/16 4:36 AM
Morning fellow sudokuites
10/Mar/16 4:38 AM
Hi, Bean. You've been to Michigan.
10/Mar/16 4:43 AM
Close to 22. Where's Keith? I ask because Ive got quite a bundle of Michigan state studies curticulum, but it's written from the point of view of people from within the state defining who they are and what their (our) state is about. I never before thought to ask outsiders what their perception of Muchigan is. This is research, folks. It's going into my folders.

Shiela, best wishes for your Mum's full recovery , with an attitude like that it won't take long.💞

I think he needs a smaller ball. Cute though.

Hi Wolf-I'll try to send some of my sunshine and 78 degrees your way.
10/Mar/16 6:32 AM
Way to go, Shiela's Mom. Get well soon.
10/Mar/16 6:33 AM
Hi Shiela- sorry to hear about your mom. Prayers for a speedy recovery. My son has a rod in his leg. (Broke it in 29 places while long-boarding a few years ago). First week was very painful. Hope she chooses to stay put in the hospital with some good pain killers the first few days at least. My lunk-head son insisted on getting out ASAP and had a miserable first week of pain.
10/Mar/16 7:26 AM
Hi Plum- never been to Michigan so my perception is of a frozen tundra...probablyly not an accurate impression. I'm sure it is certainly not as cold as Alaska or the Artic Circle but, as I am not a huge fan of the mercury dipping down to and below zero for extended periods of time, I have never been there.
10/Mar/16 7:33 AM
Good afternoon to all! He's got the ball and he's thinking about going for a dunk shot!
10/Mar/16 7:44 AM
Good morning.
10/Mar/16 8:20 AM
This morning's appearance was delayed by the non-cooperation of my router at 0300.
10/Mar/16 8:22 AM
Had to wait for Mr P to wake up to fix it.
10/Mar/16 8:23 AM
Hope your mum recovers well, Shiela.
10/Mar/16 8:24 AM
Totally understand the time spent at medical appointments thing Sue.
10/Mar/16 8:26 AM
I finally have reached the rate of about one a week - and 2 hydrotherapy classes.
10/Mar/16 8:27 AM
Speaking of which, I have a hydro class this afternoon.
