I think it's scary to see my favorite cute little cartoon characters transformed into monstrous, mute mascots that loom over you and want to shake your hand. Thousands of children agree with me.

I really wasn't racing, Plum. I was typing after Dan's post and had to go answer the door. Came back and finished at a good time! I never seem to remember to check the post numbers!
16/Sep/09 1:08 AM
I laid the red carpet especially for you, Queen Kathy.
16/Sep/09 1:13 AM
Why, thank you, Plum. I am honored!
I am substitute riddling for Fiona while she nurses poor Scott back to health. He's being carried around by a little old lady three times today. Wonder how that's going?

Here is the riddle from yesterday, if you'd like to give it a try...

How More...
16/Sep/09 1:18 AM
Kathy, does the answer involve sausage-making?

Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit;
Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

Time for me to make myself a yummy tomato sandwich... using those fresh from the garden tomatoes. Did I ever missed those so juicy sweet tomatoes when I was in OZ... never say again we have to many....

Gannie Mo:

You have provided a very compelling argument in favor of polyandry...
16/Sep/09 3:28 AM
Plum, Jeb also went into butchering mode, but no, no sausages!
16/Sep/09 3:41 AM
hmm - then I guess it would be foolish, but accurate, to call this a recipe for a fruit salad:
Slice eggplant and zucchini and steam until a desired degree of softness. Cool. Toss in a large bowl with fresh diced tomato, green pepper, cucumber and avocado. Season with chile pepper to taste. Serve. But don't call it a fruit salad, even though it is.

Yep! 54 hubbys should just about be able to handle it, Glenn!
16/Sep/09 3:47 AM
but could you really handle 54 hubbies?

Good afternoon to all! I've been to Disneyworld twice, but I've never been to Disneyland. Seen one, but I have lost the desire to see the other one. I've learned to prefer and enjoy natural wonders.
