Here's today's daffynition:

Back from the Parkrun, 23:09 so getting better (9 seconds faster than last week.) I completely forgot to do it, but of the 200+ runners there were a lot of Santas, Elves and even a Christmas elephant! I'm hoping to be back down to sub-21 minutes within a couple of months but I guess only time will tell.
