Just sitting here watching the radar for New York City area - YOW-ZER - That's lot of snow!! How do you shovel out a car when you only have on-street parking ... where does the snow get put???
As our streets here in Rochester are plowed, piles at corners & intersections get scooped up into dump trucks & taken to one of the downtown bridges where it is set up for the trucks to back up & dump the loads of snow into the Genesee River!

Nice quiet day , no plan, no phone call, no cooking, no obligation, no desire to go out, just an ordinary Saturday with possibility of late blowing snow, time to relax, read and enjoy simple delicious meal and cheese with perfect glass of wine. Life is good! I wishh you a very good day and night...

Good afternoon. I've never lived in an area that got much snow. I tolerate hot weather much better than cold weather. Snow is beautiful to look at, but I'm so thankful I don't have to deal with shoveling it or whatever. The worst I've had to face is broken branches on bushes and trees not used to any kind of snow accumulation. Whenever we do get snow (once or twice every few years) it's only a couple of inches at most, and is gone in a day or so.
