Good morning people of the world.
04/Apr/15 12:08 AM
I was given a blessing of not having to wake this morning from the obnoxious noise of the sadist machine, only to be waken by a cat/kitty fight. Cat was on the outside, kitty was inside and out of all the windows, they choose my bedroom window.

They were kind enough to let me sleep an hour later than normal weekday wake-up time. Guess it was a good thing, since I want to run loud machines before Man comes home.

The pollen does not seem as thick today, but it is very sticky.

Bedtime report was girl's head did not hurt, but her tummy did. Hope Man warned his mother that our darling has not been eating much the last few days, and when she has said her tummy hurts, it is a warning that a burp will follow, along with contents. Have not got a morning report. MIL does not believe that children need to sleep and if her eyes are open, everyone else's should be too.

fellow puzzlers, hope all is well in your world, and in Karen's case hope it improves!!

Second opinion on my ankle today. Have a hunch I'll hear the same thing I've heard before.
But... I'd never forgive myself if ten years from now they said, 'If you'd come in earlier for a second opinion...'.

I can't believe I'm on my computer this early. I don't think I've ever had a number this low. Don't expect it will happen again anytime soon!

Good afternoon (Good Friday here)

Well, my heart rate is up and Man's life expectancy is iffy. Here I was, music cranked up and I had a loud machine sucking away, getting into grooves, windows, under the bed, behind furniture just sucking all the dust bunnies and furry friends hair. Then going down the hall, getting all the corners and ceiling dust bunnies. Nothing is safe when me and my sucking buddy are on the loose.
04/Apr/15 1:45 AM
Well, why I am jamming away with my noisy machine, I did not realize that Man had come home. As I was stretching to the ceiling he gooses me from behind. Not good. Not good at all. He was smart enough to run away, because the sucky machine extension tools were aimed for his head. The noise I made, did make a walker stop outside and look, but I guess he heard Man laughing and kept on going.

When we were picking out furniture for this house, I know I said, I did not want anything with grooves. I like wood, but want it smooth. I did not get what I asked for completely. Now, if we ever move again, I want a round house. I do not want corners. No grooves or crevices.

And now for a product opinion. Two years ago, Man brought me the Swifter broom/mop, at my request. He has lessons learned, sometimes. Now, this product has a bunch of pros and cons for me. I do not know if we are just too dirty for this product, or what, but I was having to buy lots of products for this little stick and I was purchasing lots of products.
04/Apr/15 1:59 AM
Humph. That man is out for the day. And I did not touch him.
It was his last night of the week and there is no darlings checking on him every 5 minutes and waking him up, to ask if he is asleep.
04/Apr/15 2:01 AM
Oh, no. I am confused of what day it is. This is our Friday, so he has one more night.
04/Apr/15 2:02 AM
Back to the product. I finally got a clue, to stop purchasing the wet wipes, and just use the dry for dry and wet. Which of course meant another product, but it was cheaper than the wipes. Then TOS, gave a suggest to use old socks. Man's socks are the only ones that fit and so now his sock drawer has no more religious socks in it. Working great.
04/Apr/15 2:08 AM
Then today, after a big sneeze, I had another bright idea. My cabinet full of cleaning rags!

I do like my Swifter for certain things, but the refills cost too much for my liking, even though I purchased in bulk and most of the time with a coupon.
I will continue to purchase the wipes, but now not as often, because I love them on electronics and mirrors.
04/Apr/15 2:11 AM
And yes, I am procrastinating.
I have this brilliant idea to clean floors, since for three days the house is nearly empty and there is no rain in the forecast. I have one room down and need to move to the opposite side of the house to not disturb the extremely loud man. The hard thing is, in between where I was working and the other side of the house, is my favorite machine.

Yes, I resumed my domestic duties. I have had a plan all week and just started it last night. Which means, if I want to carry out one plan this week, I must do it today, since there are other plans for the weekend.

I am guessing here.
I would think that most parents are concerned about their child's well being, in this case their hearing.
Well, after cleaning my eldest bedroom, I have formed a new theory. I don't think she understands English or she interprets the words in a different way. You know they do start out using a different language, so I think I am on to something here.

For instance, everyday, several times a day, I say, 'Pick up your dirty close and put them in the laundry room, in the laundry baskets.' She hears, 'Shove all clothing, clean or dirty, under the bed.'
When I say, 'Pick up all the trash out of your room and put it in the trash can.' She hears, 'Shove all wrappers and school work under the bed.'
